• My client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager who has experience working for fit-out contractors
• The projects you will be overseeing are within the Commercial Fit-out and Refurbishment sectors
• You will be based on site in Central London, reporting to a Senior Project Manager

Key Duties:

• Liaising with clients and reporting on progress
• Checking and monitoring build costs and project development
• Managing construction workers and appointing subcontractors
• Buying materials for each phase of the project
• Managing and promoting health and safety
