Job Info:

• My client is seeking an Estimator who has previous experience working for a main contractor
• The projects you will be overseeing cover a wide variety of sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Industrial
• As Estimator you will be based out of their office in Portsmouth

Key Duties:

• Finding out what the client requires
• Determining the levels of risk on a project
• Collecting quotes from suppliers and sub-contractors
• Researching labour, materials, and equipment costs
• Examining company data, exchange rates and costs using software packages
• Price and forecast the cost of the varied materials for the project
• Track changes to the design and construction work and modify budget projections accordingly
