Job Info: 

• My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager who has experience working for fit-out contractors
• The projects you will be overseeing are Fit-outs and Refurbishments within the Commercial and Residential sectors
• The projects you will be overseeing are in and around Central London

Key Duties:

• Oversee projects from start through to completion, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget
• Client liaison and managing their expectations
• Negotiating sub-contract orders, monitoring sub-contractors, planning critical dates, and organising labour
• Managing and promoting health and safety
