£50,000 to £60,000 + Package 

Job info: 

• My client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who has previous experience working for residential developers
• The projects you will be overseeing are within the High-end Residential and Mixed-use sectors
• As Quantity Surveyor you will be assisting the SQS on site, travelling to projects in South West London

Key Duties:

• Price and forecast the cost of the varied materials for the project
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities
• Track changes to the design and construction work and modify budget projections accordingly
