Job info:

• My client is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator who has experience working for main contractors
• The projects you will be overseeing are within the Residential, Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Leisure sectors
• You will be based out of their offices in Central London, with visits to site as necessary

Key Duties:

• Finding out what the client requires
• Determining the levels of risk on a project
• Collecting quotes from suppliers and sub-contractors
• Researching labour, materials, and equipment costs
• Examining company data, exchange rates and costs using software packages
• Price and forecast the cost of the varied materials for the project
• Track changes to the design and construction work and modify budget projections accordingly
