Job Info: 

• My client is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager who has experience working for main contractors
• The projects you will be overseeing are within the Commercial, Education, Leisure and Healthcare sectors
• You will be overseeing projects in and around Central London

Key Duties:

• Liaising with clients and reporting on progress
• Checking and monitoring build costs and project development
• Managing construction workers and appointing subcontractors
• Buying materials for each phase of the project
• Managing and promoting health and safety
